Freebie Friday - September 28, 2012
Here it is, Friday again. That means the weekend is almost here AND it's time for another free pattern. Since I've been doing the downloadable patterns I've been getting requests for more of them on a weekly basis, so I'll do my best to accommodate everyone.
Today's is a pattern I designed about 3 years ago as an ornament. I know it's not quite winter, but it's never too early to start stitching those Christmas gifts and decorations.
You know what to do, just click the picture and download the pattern. Enjoy!

Pattern of the Week - September 15, 2012
I've been trying to figure out all week what lovely needlework item I'd be featuring as pattern of the week. I've been really indecisive as there are so many that I like. There hasn't been any one thing that has jumped out at me. I've been looking at fall themes, christmas, silhouettes, animals and so on. And across all types of stitching; cross stitch, blackwork, needlepoint, etc.
Well last night I was catching up on my blog reading for the week and came across this fun piece...
It's bright & cheery and is someplace I'd rather be than chilly N.E. Ohio (yeah, after the record high temps of this summer the 60's are now feeling chilly). And of course you know I've found it at my favorite online shop, well 2nd favorite to Stitchnmomma, lol...123Stitch! The entire 5x7 kit is now only $9.94!! Just click the picture and you'll be taken right to the listing where you can buy it, or add it to you ever-growing wish list like I have.
Happy shopping...and stitching!

Pattern of the Week - August 25, 2012
My choice for Pattern of the Week this week was a pretty simple one. I am by no means a fan of Christmas and have an internal battle each year to put on my cheesy smile and act like I enjoy the holiday. So when I saw 123 Stitch release this Sue Hillis Designs chart this week it was a no-brainer for me! I mean isn't that black stocking & hat the cutest thing you've seen!!! And yes, this has already been added to my wishlist over at 123 Stitch! Just click the picture and you'll be taken to where you can purchase it...on sale too!!! :)

Pattern of the Week - July 21, 2012
I've never stitched a Mill Hill kit yet, but I think this Hawaiian Santa is rather appropriate right now. I mean we are setting record high temps every where across the U.S. and I think Santa has the right idea...a little surf, sun and of course a cold cocktail!
You can purchase the ornament kit through 123Stitch and as an added bonus...it's on sale during their Christmas in July sale.!
